Description and Requirements

  • Monitor server and network devices to ensure the utmost reliability 
  • Your technical skills will be paramount to resolving complex issues as well as providing input on our troubleshooting practices and overall support process

  • Your ingenuity and natural collaborative style will ensure we provide sustainable solutions that deliver the highest standards of quality, integrity, and reliability in TI DS customers

  • Use monitoring tools and ticketing systems to monitor Unix, Windows, virtualization platforms, and network devices 

  • Ensure all incidents are properly triaged by either resolution or proper escalation to the next level of support Process all Domain Name System (DNS) change requests according to our change management protocols 

  • Collaborate with other support teams to ensure the incidents are handled holistically 


  • Resource will be responsible for preparing technical specification docs, client communication, well versed with technologies. 
  • Telecom/Cable domain expertise, background of Ordering->Provisioning->Activation (all stages understanding). No coding required. 
  • Experience in technical analysis for Web Services. 
  • Expert in doing the analysis to gather functional requirements to document APIs or micro service specifications. 
  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Strong communication skills
