Description and Requirements

Overview of tasks:

  • Ensuring achievement of the project and company goals in close cooperation with the TELUS partner management
  • Disciplinary responsibility for and guidance of the operational managers in the project
  • Developing concepts and finding client oriented solutions
  • Advice and support for the operational teams with the aim of increasing client satisfaction, productivity and employee performance
  • Continuous development of employees and managers in the team
  • Responsibility for compliance with the defined service levels
  • Responsibility for reports within the project and implementation of corrective measures

What we expect:

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business administration or comparable education
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in the customer service environment
  • Experience as an operative manager in a BPO environment
  • Enjoying the development of teams and employees
  • Experience in leading executives
  • Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication skills as well as a high level of service orientation
  • Analytical, conceptual and solution-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
