Benefits Analyst II - Compensation & Benefits

The Benefits Analyst’s main objective is to promote all benefits and maintain employees’ satisfaction, morale and loyalty towards the Company by gathering information about their needs and interests, and deliver special activities in the Workplace Pradera.


Main Responsibilities:

Obtain info about employee´s needs and interests, manage all the corporate mobile lines,  negotiate deals with our provider, communicate new benefits, oversee daycare with the actual vendor, deliver special activities, promote benefits through our intranet, email.

  • Microsoft Office - Advanced

  • Excel and Google Sheets Knowledge  - Intermediate

  • English - B1 or above:

    • Oral and written comprehension.

    • Appropriate use of language.

  • Customer Service - Advanced


Studies & Experience:

  • Currently studying Administration, Bachelor’s in Human Resources - Required

  • Experience as a Staff Member or being part of any Mentorship program within the Company - Desirable
