Description and Requirements

Position Summary 

The Communications Senior Team Leader supports the Communications Manager in developing and implementing internal and external communication strategies in support of specific communication solutions needs, and to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission. 

Functional Responsibilities 

  • Works closely with the Corporate Communications Manager to develop and implement a solid  corporate communications strategy 

  • Supports the Communications Manager in overseeing change management communications and crisis communications

  • Develops content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message.

  • Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal and external stakeholders to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.

  • Designs recruitment or brand awareness campaigns to target specific audiences using data gathered from the different  stakeholders and industry studies, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance

  • Provides hands-on support for public relations, executive communications, advertising, team member engagement, brand culture building, and reputation management requirements


  • Graduate in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or related careers

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in a local or multinational company handling strategic corporate communication, preferably from an advertising or PR agency

  • STRONG decision making skills

  • STRONG writing capability


  • Experience in writing award entries is a plus

  • Basic Art Direction is a plus

  • Agency/Brand-side experience is a plus

  • Crisis Communications and Change Management Communications is

  • Knowledge on internal communications, strategic management, project  management, brand systems, creative visioning; Highly developed  interpersonal skills; Strong writing skills; Solid knowledge on research, reporting and analysis is a big advantage. Project management, presentation and facilitation skills, effective meeting management. Proficiency with MS Office application (i.e. MS Word, Excel), knowledge in content management systems (Wordpress, Blogger, etc.).
