Providing employment opportunities to youngsters among our communities is becoming part of our strategy in Corporate Social Responsibility.  With the execution of the #WorkforHer and HOPE programs, the Corporate Social Responsibility team is providing intensive training in English, customer service skills and psycho-emotional support for recent high school graduates from public schools, with the objective of preparing them for a job position at the company.


The English Teacher is responsible for designing the curriculum of English classes from Basic to an Advanced Level including all resources and activities to be implemented during the development of the employability programs HOPE and #WorkforHer.  It  must have a strong experience in teaching the English Language, in addition to having customer service experience in call centers and a strong inclination to work with at-risk youth.

Main Responsibilities:

Teach English skills including reading, writing, speaking and listening from Basic to Advanced Level; compose lesson plans in order to successfully incorporate the full duration of each level; execute lessons efficiently using different styles of teaching depending on the content; create teaching materials, resources and evaluations required by each level, engage students to ensure a lively classroom atmosphere, teach students the correct pronunciation of words using the correct Phonetic sounds, teach students to think critically, monitor and evaluate the students’ performance in order to determine improvement in specific areas of opportunity, create action plans for different areas or topics that require reinforcement, encouraging  student feedback regarding  teaching methods, and applying it to enhance learning, creation and development of detailed reports and calibrations.

Knowledge:


  • English - CEFR score of C1 or above
    •Oral, written and listening comprehension
    •Proper use of English Language

  • Google Workspace ( G Suite) - Intermediate

  • Customer Service - Advanced

  • Teaching methods  

  • Knowledge in phonetics and phonology. 

  • Teaching strategies 

  • Knowledge and experience in Customer Service - Required

  • Education Programs - Advanced.

  • The ability to create reports and flowcharts.




Studies & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English Language (Teaching) - Desirable 

  • Teaching experience of at least 3 years
