Job Description Summary

Finance and accounting manager responsible for overseeing the monthly close, management reporting, and forecasting process for the Managed Digital Solutions (MDS) business

Responsibilities:

• The Finance Manager role manages the daily financial activities and functions for the Managed Digital Solutions (MDS) segment of TI Digital Solutions, including: budgets, forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis. 

• Provides guidance to managers on financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting. 

• Leads the annual budget and monthly forecast process. 

• Works with managers to produce and manage to forecasts. 

• Contributes to price modeling and price model updates.

• lead the annual financial audit and quarterly reviews with external auditors. 

• Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, including maintaining and updating the design and documentation of controls.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience 

• High Excel proficiency (pivot tables, v-lookups, advanced functions/formulas)

• Experience with SOX compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA / CA 

• SAP and/or Workday systems 

• Management experience

• M&A, integration experience
