Description and Requirements

We’re looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Riga. 


Overview of tasks:


  • Preparation, coordination and administration of employment contracts 

  • Preparation and execution of new hire process 

  • Preparation, coordination and administration of termination contracts

  • Preparation and execution of exit process

  • Data maintenance (e.g. recording of vacation and leave days in time reporting system, administration of training agreements, time corrections)

  • Reporting and statistical statements (e.g. HC, FTE, new hire entries, exits, status on outstanding training payments, open vacation days, balance of flexible time program, sickness reports)

  • Answering ad hoc requests (from employees and management)

  • Giving support and advice to employees for all kinds of payroll administration related questions


What we expect:

  • Latvian C1 level 

  • Good English skills 

  • Experience with payroll administration

  • MS-Office experience (especially Excel and Word)

  • Ability to deal with confidential information

  • Organizational skills and time planning

  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Dynamic and strong interpersonal skills to interface with all levels of organization

  • EU citizenship or Latvian Residence Permit
