Description and Requirements

This role will be to support the TIIE Talent Acquisition department across all reporting and recruitment admin needs. You will partner with the TA team and management on reporting requirements. With multiple systems and areas where data is stored, we will be looking at your expertise on how to best combine and gather this information as well as come up with efficient solutions to current reporting challenges faced by the recruitment department. This will be a fast-paced and collaborative role. The ideal candidate will have some prior knowledge/experience in the HR/Recruitment industry, have strong experience with excel, macros, BI tools, Google Apps suite, adwords and be an engaging flexible team player who can identify challenges and come up with forward-thinking solutions.


Responsibilities: 

  • Gathering and maintaining up to date correct data from across the recruitment team 
  • Providing and designing solutions to current reporting challenges 
  • Working on multiple systems and docs to combine all vital information 
  • Managing all reporting across the recruitment department Monthly, quarterly, yearly reports on recruitment progress Identifying gaps and trends through data analysis Will be involved in recruitment admin tasks 
  • Reporting training across recruitment team where needed Knowledge about social media and creative writing will be preferred 
  • Knowledge in AdWords can be a plus 
  • Knowledge in any adobe software can be a plus 
  • Knowledge in community management can be a plus 
  • Collaborate and communicate with other support functions across the business in order to be successful within the role 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in an HR/recruitment industry would be advantageous Degree in Data Analytics or similar field is preferable 
  • Several years’ experience in Microsoft packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access is essential 
  • Experience with BI tools, Google Suite and other reporting tools is essential 
  • Fluent written and spoken English is essential 
  • Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize on an on-going basis 
  • Must be a team player with the ability to work on own initiative 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex detail in user-friendly language Experience in Adobe, AdWords and content writing will be a plus
