Description and Requirements

Position Summary

  • Ensures standards are met, identified and executed for the site Facilities Team.
  • Provides assistance to Facilities and Engineering Manager on all real estate, administrative and technical support to the daily Facilities operations.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Assists Manager in ensuring third party contractor's strict adherence to Facilities policies, systems, and procedures, including maintaining the service level management of the site.
  • Assists Manager in maintenance and repair programs of all company-owned and leased physical assets and equipment. Coordinates facility maintenance and troubleshooting of critical areas of the facility.
  • Assists in real estate related programs such as, but not limited to: project evaluation, project management, renovation works, maintenance works, securing government permits, PEZA related adherence, sourcing/accrediting/recommending contractors, business analysis and other administrative functions.
  • Manages housekeeping deployment, schedule adherence, reports, equipment and consumables.
  • Provides administrative support such as documentation and file management, contract and vendor management.
  • Manages site storage, room and workstation utilization.
  • Acts as second in command to the manager.
  • Coaches, mentors, develops and motivates team members and takes corrective action when needed. Fairly appraises staff performance against set performance standards. Creates a career plan and development plans for team members.

  • Service Providers, contractors, lessor, property managers, government agencies, PEZA and etc.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably major in a technical course (Engineering, Architectural, Interior Design, Industrial Design, etc.)

Required Certification

  • Preferably with certification on safety and health.

Work Experience

  • 3-4 years Facilities, property or administrative function with exposure to a call center or BPO environment

Technical Skills

  • Preferably with advanced knowledge on building and facilities administration.
  • General / basic knowledge from Information Technology/ Call Center Operations and Organization.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel).
