Description and Requirements
The Business Support Analyst is responsible to provide administrative support to Digital Solutions team members, providing the necessary tools for the team to perform their tasks, ensure ongoing compliance for local training assigned to the account, and diligently perform several administrative tasks pertaining to internal reporting to DS Management
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in administrative procedures for onboarding processes (to ensure new hires get their equipment and credentials on time).
Assist is tracking all SOW globally
Develop model to track portfolio revenue globally
Assist in the administration of the L&D budget, as well as the recognition programs.
Create requisitions in Workday for different purchases.
To present information regarding metrics (Highlights and lowlights, CSAT, Headcount, NPS, CSR, L&D, Attrition, Headcount forecasts, Compensatory Hours, etc.) for MBRs
Create / maintenance for scorecards in Google Studio.
Create automated reports for monitoring or to prevent errors.
Run different financial reports (eTime report, invoices, final revenues, triage rolling forecasts, accruals and PMAs review). Provide insightful input for variances against budget and tirage.
Serve as a point of contact for different departments (procurement, warehouse, L&D, CSR) for different business processes.
Document and standardize the different administrative procedures within the area in the knowledge repository.

Knowledge:
English Level: B1 high or above - Mandatory
Advance knowledge of Google Sheets / Docs / Presentations - Required
General BPO or ITO knowledge
Statistics, mathematical logic - Required
Experience with Datastudio - Desirable
Programming experience in any language - Desirable
