Description and Requirements

Position Overview:

As an active member of the TELUS International team, you will be in the heart of a major TELUS transformation program supporting it as a SaaS Sales Manager being responsible for establishing driving training and sales activities for our software products.



Specific Responsibilities May Include:

  • Providing a consultative solutions sales process to prospects

  • Conducting one-on-one and group sales presentations

  • Planning & Strategizing marketing activities for the end users and channels

  • Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets

  • Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry-standard practices to come up with process improvements and new ways to delight customers


Required Experience, Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription based product to a diverse customer base (3-5 years) - (I.E Google Apps, Salesforce, Dropbox, MailChimp, ZenDesk, DocuSign, Slack, Hubspot)

  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

  • Project management experience to strategize and execute projects on a timely manner

  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions

  • Strong time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines

  • Graduated from college BA/Marketing/Computing & Science or related)

  • SAS Software

Transfer Eligibility Requirements:


In order to be considered for a transfer to another role, campaign or position, Team Member must:

  • Not be on a final corrective action issued within the last 6 months; and

  • Have been in their current role for a minimum of 12 months; or

  • 6 months if transferring within the same campaign/department
