Depth knowledge of software development projects, application development & support.

Experience/deep knowledge of all IT technologies such as Data center services, Servers, Server OS, Storage, Databases, Network and security services.

Good experience on Global projects incorporating basic understanding on Cloud technologies (specially AWS).

knowledge of on-premises & cloud data center operations.

Experience in managing Service based projects (Production support, enhancements etc ).

Defining the project’s schedule and scope while balancing this with timely and regular value deliveries, and organizing and leading working and project status meetings.

Delivering Agile projects that offer outstanding business value to the users.

Experience in implementing Agile practices.

A strong familiarity with various Agile and Scrum elements, including Agile planning and Agile project management with Scrum.

Balanced business/technical background.

Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly-credible leadership to development teams and to be able to accurately and objectively evaluate complex project risks and issues.

Requires advancing knowledge of project methodology and IT.

Able to develop and manage project plans, logs and status updates, with review by senior program manager.

Leads small- to medium-sized IT projects or Agile teams within a field of specialization, often under advisement of a senior program manager or director.

Experience of leading an offshore team of at least 15-20 with onsite/offshore collaboration is desired.
