Your responsibilities:

  • Intra-Day tasks: Perform screening of candidates’ resumes. Conduct interviews with candidates and asses their competencies, qualifications, skills, and previous employment. Utilize and maintain recruitment technology system, trackers, and candidates’ pipeline. 

  • Expert Support: Ensure the recruitment information is properly maintained for reporting purposes. Promote the mission, vision, and culture of TELUS Digital.

  • Business Impact: Build effective working relationships with local Hiring Managers. Participate in job fairs/events and college/universities recruiting initiatives

Your skills:

  • Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Latvian (C1).

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience. Knowledge of the industry’s best practices and trends for successful recruitment.

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business or management preferred.

  • Proficiency in Tools: Proficient in G Suite, WorkDay and Avature and other relevant software programs.

  • Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
