Description of role:
Is responsible of managing BPE leaders to end-to-end site implementation of LSS framework and leadership as well as developing the extended TI team in terms of training and mentoring in Process Excellence methodologies. The leader is expected to align and grow the global strategy “Enable TELUS International team members to identify true root cause and execute process improvements to deliver value for the organization and our clients.”
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of LSS managers to achieve performance goal in project implementation and benefits
Be the regional leader for LSS strategy and framework deployment
Lead and implement global LSS strategies
Support the Global BPE leader in consulting and company wide projects
Support the Global BPE leader in consulting and company wide projects
Required skills + qualities (technical):
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, with at least 3 GB projects completed. Master Black Belt Certification is an asset.
Mastery of project management methodology
Leadership and mentoring of other successful projects
Advanced Analytical and Quantitative skills
Advanced Management of call center (strategy, objectives, corporate decisions)
Advanced MS Excel, Powerpoint, Word
At least 3 years of experience in management, development and deployment of LSS framework and programs in a multinational company
Previous Education:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent combination of education or experience. MBA or postgraduate degree. PMP certified is an asset. Black Belt certified as minimum expected.
