As Sales Trainer you are the expert who shares their experience with sales representatives about providing consultative services to customers, always being aware and adapting to the situation. You reinforce your sales team members giving group training or one-on-one coaching sessions. This sounds like you? Then we have the perfect job for you!

Overview of tasks:

  • Analyze training needs to ensure objectives and goals of the organization are met
  • Develop and deliver internal training sessions that target new hires and supportive trainings.
  • Assist, develop and facilitate training programs that support Quality & Training team projects, sales processes, techniques and effectiveness, consultative selling skills, product training, and phone selling skills.
  • Select appropriate delivery formats (i.e., classroom, online, field training, individual coaching etc).
  • Monitor metrics and create reports for evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Work with Training Manager and Sales Managers to design, develop and/or deliver advanced sales training and experienced sales content

We are looking for:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and (at least) one of the following languages: Polish, Romanian or German
  • Experience in (consultative) sales
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Solid critical thinking and organization skills
  • Experience in coaching / mentoring (both group and 1 on 1 training situations)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
  • Able to balance multiple projects with the ability to rearrange priorities on short notice
  • Confident in providing constructive feedback to salespeople
  • Experience in (digital) marketing is an asset
