Description and Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Designing, setting up, and managing information/network systems at data centers
  • Monitoring systems operations and administering IT solutions to ensure servers, hard drives, and other data center equipment function efficiently
  • Monitoring and maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems 
  • Inspect power/cooling systems to identify and fix flaws that may be detrimental to network performance
  • Maintain and conduct repairs on the physical structure that houses data center equipment
  • Perform data center renovations to ensure an energy-efficient system
  • Provide solutions to complex problems on the integration of various technologies
  • Design plans as well as lead initiatives for the optimization and restructuring of network architecture
  • Calibrate and monitor data center servers to ensure efficient performance
  • Resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents 
  • Develop operational “Best Practises”, standards and processes to ensure highly available solutions for our customers
  • Perform peer reviews and approval on technology solution designs, ensuring that they are consistent with the architecture frameworks
  • Guide, develop IT Operation team members as they support the technology solution
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in the IT field
  • Fluent verbal and written command in English language
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of computer science, computer systems engineering, electronic engineering, or other related disciplines
  • Analytical, Teamwork, and Time management Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding customer technical/business needs and matching technology to meet their needs
  • Work with a Global IT organization and define technology standards and processes
  • Provide consultation to other projects on the area of expertise
  • Financial management (financial, operating & technical risks) and modeling
  • Project Manage deployment of technology across all domains
