Your Role:
As an active member of TELUS International, you will be in the core of a team that focuses on new features, maintenance of existing applications, delivering best user experience and high quality.
Job Responsibilities
- Support TELUS internal video collaboration services, including on-premises Cisco Telepresence, WebEx Cloud and Hybrid Services, Google Meet Hardware.
- Drive process improvement, deliver efficiency, and implement features according to design and implementation specifications (provided by other technical teams).
- Work with stakeholders to implement and support the video collaboration solution.
- Provide Tier-3 support in day-to-day operations.
Required Knowledge/Skills
- Experience in at least one of the following:
○ Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
○ Cisco Expressway/MRA
○ Webex Hybrid Services
- Understanding of Calendar integration (Exchange, Gmail etc.) with Cisco TP Systems
Desirable Skills
- Experience with VMware ESX/VSphere environments
- Experience with Google Meet Hardware
- Understanding of Networking, Security and DNS
- Understanding of Change Management Process and Best Practices.
