Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the support experience in SimplifyHUB
Become the technology subject matter expert on SPOC processes and workflows
Develop and enhance the applications based on data, user feedback and experience
Help update and maintain the GitHub repository, Simplify Hub and other technical documentation

Qualifications and Skills
A passion for new technologies, you’ve kept up to date on top trends and love to bring new ideas to your team
Strong backend development experience (we use Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis)
Experience designing and documenting APIs (we use Node.js, OpenAPI Spec, and Graph QL)
Some front-end development (we use JavaScript, React, and CSS)
Experience working with developer portals or team member experience platforms and able to share learning and suggest improvements
Experience working in an agile delivery environment
Experience managing a multi-cluster container (Docker/Swarm)
Proficient client-side testing (mocha, jest)
Experience with securing web applications to common security threats
Experience with clustering technologies (we use Kubernetes)
Identifying opportunities to measure code and determine the tools to measure
Ability to identify a problem and its business restraints (demonstrates breadth of vision)
Regularly using source code management systems (we use GIT)
