Description and Requirements


  • Lead the development of the support experience in SimplifyHUB 

  • Become the technology subject matter expert on SPOC processes and workflows

  • Develop and enhance the applications based on data, user feedback and experience

  • Help update and maintain the GitHub repository, Simplify Hub and other technical documentation

Qualifications and Skills

  • A passion for new technologies, you’ve kept up to date on top trends and love to bring new ideas to your team

  • Strong backend development experience (we use Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis)

  • Experience designing and documenting APIs (we use Node.js, OpenAPI Spec, and Graph QL)

  • Some front-end development (we use JavaScript, React, and CSS)

  • Experience working with developer portals or team member experience platforms and able to share learning and suggest improvements

  • Experience working in an agile delivery environment

  • Experience managing a multi-cluster container (Docker/Swarm)

  • Proficient client-side testing (mocha, jest)

  • Experience with securing web applications to common security threats

  • Experience with clustering technologies (we use Kubernetes)

  • Identifying opportunities to measure code and determine the tools to measure

  • Ability to identify a problem and its business restraints (demonstrates breadth of vision)

  • Regularly using source code management systems (we use GIT)
