- Documenting email requests in SharePoint
- Following-up with requesters via email or phone
- Handle escalations and determine request priority
- Candidate will be working with both architecture and network resources both onshore and offshore over both instant messaging, email and audio/video conferencing tool

1-2 years network administration experience
Experience with Data Centre environments including enterprise-level LAN, WAN and WLAN engineering design and implementation.
Junior level experience with:
Network Administration
network enterprise monitoring (Solarwinds, NetScout)
Junior level knowledge of switches, firewalls, load balancers (Cisco, Fortinet, CheckPoint, F5, Juniper)
Administration Tools
Microsoft Office Suite
