Additional Job Description

TELUS International has an opportunity for an Oracle Service Cloud Developer to join the Artificial Intelligence business. They will be responsible for the functional specification, technical design, development, and implementation of Service Cloud Solutions using Oracle Rightnow CX. They will have experience working with business users capturing requirements and developing and rolling out solutions that meet business needs. They must have proven track record of developing solutions that are scalable and reliable and must be able to work with other IT functions to get solutions deployed that meet IT security requirements. Oracle Rightnow CX is delivering automation for the AI business today. With the business growing rapidly there is an increased need to design and roll out additional solutions that deliver automation to internal business functions that support a community of 1m+ contractors located across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with the full product lifecycle to deliver scalable solutions that will improve the day-to-day of TELUS International employees and contractors.
