Through inbound written channels, helping the customers about following topics;
Responding to questions about products such as their features, equivalents or stock status
Making address change, product change/return or order cancellation processes
Providing information about delivery status
Requirements
Residency in İstanbul
Advanced level in written and spoken English
Available to work in night shift system
Strong communication skills
Being a good team player
