Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Support on backend and administrative functions for TELUS internal Enterprise Grid for Slack.

  • Participate in next iterations of Slack project (i.e. implementation of app policy management, SSO integration, onboarding, and offboarding integration, user administration governance) 

  • Support users questions related to Slack features and redirect to BU admins when needed

  • Provide Tier-3 support in day-to-day operations.

  • Participate in other cloud-based tools projects (e.g. introduction of Monday.com to end-users)

 

Required Knowledge

  • Basic experience in Slack administration

  • Good written communications skills in English

  • Ability to manage multiple messaging channels for user inquiries

 

Nice to have

  • Technical knowledge in Slack workflows and integrations

  • Passion and curiosity to learn and work with new technologies

  • Familiarity with any other messaging tools (e.g. Google Chat)
