Description and Requirements
GLSS, LMS Administrator - Pradera West

The Learning Management Systems administrator is responsible for supporting all learning platforms from the client.; this includes provisioning new users, and management of the overall workflow supporting the creation and maintenance of courses.
Main Responsibilities:
Create and maintain course items, curricula, programs, and scheduled offerings (virtual or face to face)
Create knowledge assessments, set up scoring and assign to target audience
Upload course content and other supporting learning resources, such as job aids
Maintain course version control, updating and archiving as necessary
Manage course releases serving as SME when interacting and troubleshooting with the course owner and other technical staff
Troubleshoot course and platform issues
Offer prompt user support for various issues such as password resets or course loading issues
Collect, organize and report on training metrics
Pull reports on stand-alone items, curriculums, programs or any other training on the LMS either by request or for monthly reviews
Schedule reports being sent to various departments
Offer training to appointed personnel to handle their department reports
Conduct system monitoring to ensure employee and training data is accurate
Actively attend LMS latest features releases via webinars
Create and maintain job aids, templates, and reference materials to support the LMS platforms
In charge of notifying the vendor any technical issues/downtime
Cascade down accordingly system updates/maintenance/ downtime to the organization
Partner with IT to configure integrations
Attend weekly calls with the LMS vendor to discuss important topics such as maintenance windows, ticket updates, etc.

Customer service and problem-solving skills
Knowledge:
G- Suite Knowledge
English - B2 - C1
Oral and written comprehension.
Appropriate use of language.
Knowledge of SCORM/AICC packages
Instructional design knowledge is plus
Studies & Experience:
3 years of University studies, (Business Administration or similar) - Required
Adult learning theory
Working with CMS (Content Management System) experience - Required
Development-oriented experience (e-learning, web, graphics, etc.)
