Description and Requirements
As an AI Recruitment Analyst you must follow the existing sourcing methodologies, be curious, and innovative to create and design other possible practices to attract the best talent. Part of the responsibilities include: explore social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other talent acquisition platforms to source candidates for open job positions, update job portals, company’s accounts, manage job posting processes and research for new talent acquisition channels, communicate with institutions and vendors, support creative sourcing strategies and participate in employment events such as career fairs, Open Houses, seminars, etc. Prepare reports and analyze talent acquisition trends and activities, keep up with talent acquisitions data, progress and development; and provide recommendations and further actions in a global scope.
Responsibilities:
Identify and source freelance talent through various channels.
Post and manage freelance job listings on relevant platforms.
Screen and evaluate freelance applicants for skills and suitability.
Conduct interviews and assessments for freelancers.
Manage and maintain relationships with a pool of freelance talent.
Coordinate project assignments and ensure timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Screening of online global application forms and candidate profiles through our online database for their suitability for the role.
Screening & follow-up of questionnaires from applicants.
Tracking and updating of candidate profiles and information – accuracy & attention to detail are crucial for the role.
Daily correspondence with applicants around the globe via various communication channels.
Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies preferably in Language studies/ Management / Human Resources / Marketing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills – targets will be measured at both the individual and group levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is a key requirement for this role
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and work to tight deadlines and targets
Excellent English skills and strong oral and written communication skills
Social Media Channels knowledge and experience
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in recruitment/sourcing/talent acquisition - is a must - HR is a distinct advantage
Proficient in managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding - is a must
Proficiency using word-processing and spreadsheet programs - intermediate - is a must
Experience and familiarity using the Internet for searches, GSuite, Outlook, shared mailboxes
Experience using applicant tracking and customer relationship management systems is desirable.
