Description and Requirements

  • Provide support services and will handle customer inquiries relating to all products for the largest search engine account. 
  • 1-2 years experience in providing customer support via chat/email and/or billing
  • Must have technical background/experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently on program deliverables in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Willing to work at Vista Hub, BGC, Taguig City (Full onsite)
