- Strong knowledge of voice IP
- Customer support experience
- Expertise on Java/.NET
- Basic knowledge of the following tools: WinSCP/Filezilla, Putty, PostMan.
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Basic knowledge of JIRA/Remedy
- Understanding Web Service of REST and SOAP API Architecture.
- 3 to 4 years of experience developing and supporting TELECOM applications such as IP Trunking, ISDN2, ISDN2e, Broadband, IPTV, and other telecom wholesale products/technology.
- Proficiency in networking elements like Application Server, Gateway Controller,
- Session manager, SESM, and C20.
- Significant experience in IP Trunking order validation, creation, and packaging
- model of InSwitch.
- Understanding of REST and SOAP
- Basic skill of JSON formatting
- Basic skill with JS
- Knowledge of NetCracker core
- Expertise on writing PL/SQL, SQL query.
- Expertise on Oracle 11g, SQL Server 9
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking customer business requirements
- Schedule and lead meetings with clients
- Creation of requests required by customers
- Control and follow up of customers request
- Provide status of requests and tasks assigned
- Accomplish LDAP for issues reported by users
