Opis a požiadavky
As a communications specialist, you are the editor and publisher of MILO and Partners (our Intranet sites). Managing an Intranet takes a village, so you will work with contributors across the organization and oversee what gets authored to ensure their content is up to date and aligned with the overall Intranet strategy.
You help make our partners better communicators: You will work with colleagues, occasionally ghostwriting, to not only ensure their messages are heard and are top of mind for employees but also interesting, relevant, and engaging. You have an important job: You are the field with the information they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The role
Review, schedule and publish content on communications platforms
Coach and support content creators and business partners on key messaging and communication plans
Manage the communications calendar to ensure top priority messages are delivered and balance the flow of communications throughout the week
Facilitate legal review and translation of content
Train and support content authors to publish their own content in dotCMS
Provide feedback and submit ideas to improve the authoring experience in dotCMS
What you bring to the table
You have exceptional communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
You can manage numerous different projects to tight deadlines simultaneously.
You are collaborative and able to negotiate priorities with diplomacy.
Great-to-haves
French is a strong asset.
You understand the rep's experience and act as their advocate
Understanding of brand guidelines, including visual standards
Post-secondary education in communications, journalism or social media or equivalent experience is required
