Job Title: Salesforce Administrator 

Location: St. Louis, MO / Remote


  • Interface with business stakeholders to gather end user requirements, end user support, and Salesforce training.
  • Analyze existing workflow design to better capture existing business operations and processes to the customer Salesforce Lightning platform.
  • Ensure the Salesforce platform meets the business goals and objectives.
  • Lead business solution design for Salesforce Lightning product enhancements and features.
  • Coordinate with a Salesforce partner on Salesforce development tickets to completion.
  • Manage data, users, and security within Salesforce.
  • Build and integrate Tableau reports, enhance workflow, and support existing features.
  • Contribute to future KPIs requirements to be implemented into dashboards.


  • Seeking 8+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, training, end user support, workflow design, business solution design, and reporting.
  • Design, code, unit test, debug, implement and support Salesforce.com application.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, customizations, applications, extensions and integrations to deliver solutions that impact multiple platforms and products.
  • Knowledge of development frameworks, design patterns, integration patterns and agile practices.
  • Build software with a product first approach, ship code continuously and quickly, and iterate to deliver quality solutions.
