Functional Responsibilities

  • Creation and maintenance of the standard proposal and presentation templates
  • Creation and maintenance of standard proposal content; SME support will be required
  • Confirmation of NDA completion with Sales for all opportunities (reactive and proactive) and provide notification to Sr. Solutions Consultant
  • Creation of Google site for each pursuit opportunity granting access to pursuit team which stores RFx originals, drafts, and final documents
  • Populate standard content and non-solution related responses into RFx client requests; this will include SME assignments to questions and editing the responses upon receipt
  • Coordinator should review past proposals with similar solutions to identify possible content (this will hopefully lesson as we build the library of content)
  • Creation of the template and formatting of presentations (e.g., site visits, orals, etc.)
  • Pursuit project management with Sr. Solutions Consultant which will include assistance in scheduling pursuit meetings, SME follow-up, and updates to action logs
  • Agenda creation, internal site visit prep workbooks, banners and client materials for site visits with Sr. Solutions Consultants
  • Site visit logistics prep with on site team (e.g., security badges, food, transportation, client gifts in hotel room, etc.)
  • Final formatting and proofing (grammar/sentence structure, punctuation, etc.) of all client facing documents based on the approved Style Guide
  • Assist with the governance process
  • Posting of all final materials to the appropriate repository(ies)

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Requires above average English written/grammar skills.
  • With BPO/call center operations background
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers.
