We are looking for a Junior Network Administrator to join our Global IT Team.
About the role
The Junior Network Operations Administrator is responsible for installation, maintenance and support of network and communication infrastructure to ensure the operation of global networks in order to provide performance and availability for its users, such as staff, customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities:
As a member of global network operations projects team you are accountable for: enable, configure , deploy, troubleshoot and manage overall communication networks, ensuring the proper functioning of communications, act as senior level network team to other groups and regions, support network project calls, fulfill and maintain security and confidentiality standards, implement preventive systems. Provides Level 3 support within the internal IT Network Operations team for escalated SEV issues, service requests and in progress projects.
Comply with Change Management Process, to assist Network Managers on Change Management Technical Peer review.
Provides Support to Global Security Audits acting as POC from Network Team within the Auditor Interviews and evidence asks.
Perform other project related duties as requested by management, perform hardware and software maintenance on network devices/ services.
Specific Qualifications
Advanced Knowledge in Network Monitoring Tools such as Solarwinds (NPM, NCM, Netflow), PRTG, Netbrain Map creation and real time captures of network status
Advanced in managing Data and Voice networking equipment, including installation, configuration and maintenance
Intermediate in OSPF and BGP dynamic routing protocols and PBRs
Intermediate knowledge in MPLS and VRF
Basic knowledge in QoS
Intermediate skills in generating and analyzing packet captures
Knowledge with Proxy Services
Intermediate knowledge in UTMs, NGFW, IDS/IPS, Firewall services including 2VPN
Intermediate knowledge in Troubleshooting VoIP H 323 and SIP
Proficient in creating Low and High level network diagrams
Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite
Intermediate knowledge in managing WIFI Infrastructure, ISE, Wireless LAN Controllers, Meraki and CPI
Cloud environment (GCP, AWS, etc.) knowledge is desirable.
Knowledge with F5 load balancer

Studies & Experience:
Bachelor in Systems, Computer Science or equivalent
Entry Network Certification Cisco CCNA (mandatory), CCNP (desirable)
Palo Alto PCNSE (desirable) or equivalent experience
2 years of network administrator II or equivalent IT operations environment
