Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating financial dashboards for various stakeholders to highlight key trends within their portfolio groups and providing strategic decision support to the organization by analyzing results, key performance indicators, and identifying opportunities for improved financial and business performance.
- Prepare business cases for strategic investments and projects
- Partner with the Sales and Operations teams to develop financial models for new and existing clients, to identify risks, opportunities and recommendations to remediate account performance
- Develop and enable reporting of new business performance indicators including financial performance metrics that will be reported both internally and externally
- Drive the automation of operational financial reports working with IT and other stakeholder groups
- Ad-hoc requests as required to ensure the success of the broader organization
Qualifications
- 7-9 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation preferred
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Excellent analytical abilities
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively across regional and departmental functions
