Description and Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience.

  • Prior experience or hands on experience with technology any type of helpdesk tools, or equivalent technical discipline

  • A self‐starter with a deep desire for personal and professional learning and growth

  • Proven experience in customer Service delivery experience

  • Excellent written communication (English and French), interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills.

  • Shift Timings: US/Canada Time

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must be a patient listener.

  • Must understand very technical subjects, and easily explain them in non-technical language to the internal and external clients in FreshDesk email responses. 

  • May not necessarily be a technical person, however, must be eager to learn, understand application features and easily engage in a technical discussion. 

  • A problem-solver and capable of proposing solutions to support business decision making if required.  

  • Must have an interest in understanding the industry and business processes.  

  • Must be punctual and reliable.
