What will be your daily challenges?
  • Welcome and admission of guests and visitors
  • Daily communication with clients, partners, suppliers, and staff over the phone and email
  • Assisting the process for issuing access cards for new joiners
  • Organizing parcel deliveries – courier-related tasks
  • Answering inbound calls and transferring them to the appropriate staff members
  • Assisting teams responsible for event planning and implementation
  • Supporting Payroll/Recruitment/Sourcing/HR team
  • Assisting all other departments concerning daily activities
  • Archiving company documents
  • Preparation of meeting rooms for client visits
  • Booking hotels, flights, and transport for business trips

  • Highly self-efficient, energetic, with great communication skills and attention to details
  • Excellent English language skills
  • At least 1-year of experience in a similar position
  • Problem-solving skills and abilities for prioritization
