Within its Global Sourcing Team, TELUS International AI Data Solutions has the requirement for a Qualification Lead.

The Qualification Lead will work on the creation and validation of new qualifications while leading a team.

The Qualification Lead will collaborate with Sourcing, Content Development, and Program teams to ensure qualification paths are well-defined and validated. This role will ensure that all qualification paths meet company-wide standards. They will also collaborate with the product team to ensure that the platform meets the requirements set by the Qualifications Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with the product team on Qualification needs within the platform. Frequent testing of the platform to ascertain these needs.
• Define the qualifications test creation/validation process.
• Work with Sourcing and Project Teams to ensure that test creation/validation processes are followed and meet rigorous, well-defined standards.
• Ensure that the development of new qualifications, and the review of existing qualifications, draws on appropriate internal and external guidance.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the Quality and Production teams to ensure that appropriate input and contributions are made at appropriate points in the qualification, design and review process.
• Develop excellent relationships with external stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are understood and implemented accordingly.
• Train, coach and mentor individuals in the qualification team.

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in Test creation/Paedagogy
• A background in linguistics
• Excellent leadership skills and previous experience managing a team
• A problem-solver with excellent multi-tasking and decision making skills
• Able to present data analysis in a way that is coherent and easy to understand
