Description and Requirements
We’re looking for an experienced Trainer to join our team in Barcelona.
You will be responsible for:
Organize and hold trainings for new hires and experienced colleagues
Staying abreast of changes in the workflows and policies and adapting training methods and materials
Point of contact in matters of internal training needs and for correcting inconsistencies in the trainings and reference materials with our Business Partner
Evaluate the new hires and maintain training records
Quality assurance, as well as development of professional and communication skills
Provide support for the team in the operating day-to-day business
We expect:
Excellent communication and facilitation skills in English
2 years minimum demonstrate experience as trainer
Enthusiasm and joy in training and motivating new and current employees
Proficiency in adult education or initial experience as a trainer preferable
Structured, organized and responsible working approach
Flexibility to keep up with the project speed and openness to new requirements
Comfortable with MS office applications and Google Workspace – Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel in particular
High level of Policy, Operational Guidelines and Known Questions knowledge
Working knowledge of & practical experience with the Instructional System Design or ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement & Evaluate) including Learning Management System (LMS) preferable.
