Description and Requirements
Knowledge of WebRTC Media Technology Knowledge Video Player,Web Api's and Content data to play video/audio. Video player like Exoplayer.
Platform Troubleshooting like iOS/Android/web(Behavior of application and notifications) Analyzing Logs Basic Server codes - http codes.
Must have 4+ years of experience.
Install/Uninstall Application, Cache clear.
Project/Application based knowledge to mention a flow/section in the ticket to be created. Request/Response REST API.
Basic debugging - To verify a flow reported in the application.
Basic understanding of local files saved in a device for an application(folder structure).
Technical Troubleshooting Skills Knowledge of Zendesk is an added advantage.
Handling the incidents, coordinating and managing customer interactions .
Create knowledge base and user guides from the incident learnings.
Good knowledge for RESTful APIs,Web Services knowledge of authentication and security.
Good knowledge in Streaming APIs, Communications APIs and Media APIs, SDK.
Troubleshooting issues related to video streaming, Unable to integrate with systems, Run a hosted call, Local / geo-specific issues, Feature block/unblock etc
