Description and Requirements

The Project Coordinator will support the project management, act as a backup when necessary, and manage administrative and operational elements of projects to assure successful completion and client satisfaction while meeting company financial goals for the project. Coordination of local and remote teams, subcontractor management, client communication and project planning are an integral part of the role of Project Coordinator.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Planning and management of small projects and sub-projects in cooperation with PMs.

  • Ensuring timely delivery as per customer quality requirements

  • Client communication (intercompany and external)

  • Project administrative and financial tasks (Timesheet assignment, creating/updating projects in AI project management system, issuing project order and project assignments, purchase orders, scope, quoting, forecast revenue, etc)

  • Project Manager backup

  • Vendor coordination


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Demonstrate ability in project coordination and project experience in testing, language technology, development, localization, or other relevant domain

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and ability to work in a multicultural global environment, with tight deadlines, multi-site teams, and different projects simultaneously.

  • High level of spoken and written English

  • Excellent oral communication and writing skills (business correspondence), in tone and style for each situation.

  • Experience with finances and admin tasks

  • Advanced application experience (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.)

  • Desirable qualities: multitasking, proactive, solution-oriented, eye for detail, good with numbers

  • Experience dealing with customers

  • Competence in e-mail, report, and presentation preparation.

  • Ability to work independently, evaluating workloads and schedules

  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills


 Knowledge:


  • English - B1 or above - Required

    • Oral and written comprehension
