Description and Requirements

  • Experience with application/platform support, system troubleshooting, incident/problem management

  • Development skills in Java.

  • Communication skills with all levels and teamwork spirits are essential.

  • Proactive with good analytical, abstraction and organization skills.

  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a time pressured environment.

  • Should have worked or ready to work an on-call rotation.

  • Have created team performance reports.

  • Excellent Communication skill.

Technologies & Skills Required :

  • Technologies (Optional for Onshore but highly desired for Offshore)- Java Spring boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Camunda, MongoDB, jolt, and  XSLT java libraries, Kafka (or any Queue Management tool).

  • Functional knowledge: Web Services (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, CI/CD, Thread Management, Certificate management, Incident Management.

  • Support Tool:   Splunk, AppDynamics (or any similar Analytical tools they have worked to capture logs and performance), GIT, Jenkins, Artifactory (optional).

  • OS: Linux/Unix (this is a must). Windows.

  • Database: Oracle, SQL Server (Optional).

  • Ability to work in a team and handle pressure and demands.
