Marketing & Communications, Graphic Designer - Pradera GT

The main role is to develop creative work to support TELUS International’s marketing and communication strategies, this may include graphic artworks and content for communication campaigns developed by internal marketing. Includes digital media, ATL and BTL materials.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Develop/create and collaborate on design concepts, direction, and assets. This will include creation of original designs and concept creative ideas that graphically communicate the positioning of each brand and the Company.

• Frequent property-facing dialogue to refine the creative brief and inform creative concepts, as well as specific experience in multi-channel design including direct mail.

• Streamline processes across functions and departments to ensure efficiency in the department.

• Overall project layout/design that ensures marketing/advertising messaging, Brand look and feel and meets/exceeds conveying appropriate Brand language of branding boards.

• Participating in bringing new ideas in the board meetings.

• Perform other tasks and services as requested by their immediate supervisor.

• English - B2:

  • Oral and written comprehension.

  • Appropriate use of language.

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Advanced

• Expert on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. - Required

• Knowledge in Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. -  Desirable 

Studies & Experience:

• 4 years of University studies in Graphic Design and Communications. - Desirable

• 4 years of working experience in Graphic Design and Advertising. Experience with social media platforms (blogs, discussions, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, Linkedin, etc) -  Required.

• Experience in writing for corporate communication and advertising.  - Required.
