The HR Analytics Team Leader is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to enable valuable and suitable business decisions, allowing TICA to understand more clearly how our people work and how HR as a division can help them to work better, this will help TICA to become a better place to work. The role of this position is to lead those data analysis projects and tools and will aim to find interesting correlations, ensuring that they’re relevant and helping convince the business that they’re important.
