Positions Summary
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to enable valuable and suitable business decisions, allowing TIP, TICA and other regions to understand more clearly how our people work and how HR as a division can help them to work better. He or she s to perform those data analysis projects and tools and the identification of alternative plans when necessary. The role also includes collecting, evaluating, and preparing reports and/or other complex statistical data for the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications:
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel or Google sheets.
Data Studio knowledge is a plus
Knowledge regarding statistics for social sciences
Knowledge with HR databases
English - B2 (Oral and written comprehension)
Should be a regular TELUS International Philippines team member
Scorecard should be at least 2.0 on the 4-point scale for the past 6 months
Team member should not have any form of disciplinary action in the last 6 months
Adaptive to changing work schedules and working hours
