The Procurement Analyst II is responsible for directing and coordinating activities related to the procurement area. It is also responsible for contacting and interviewing locals for the supply of equipment or services suppliers, and monitor purchasing procedures, taking into account different quotes, delivery times, quality, and billing processes.
Responsibilities:
Respond to requests for quotation and purchase of products that Operations and administrative areas request (IT, Human Resources, Security, Accounting, Management, WFM, etc.); coordinate with suppliers receiving orders and inform to warehouse for the reception process; preparing purchase orders in Workday, entering all the required data such as date, the supplier company name, cost center, invoice type, place of delivery, purchase amounts, description, unit price, and others.

Studies & Experience: 3rd year in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable Minimum 2 years as Procurement Analyst - Desirable Experience in negotiations with suppliers - Desirable
