Description and Requirements
TELUS International is looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our AI team in Poland.
The Technical Coordinator will support the team in our ongoing projects at both technical and organizational levels. Suitable candidates are self-guided, energetic, analytic problem solvers and with technical background.
To be successful as a Technical Coordinator, you will need to be able to work with tight deadlines and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the project’s team with technical coordination of small/medium sized projects and sub-projects independently or in cooperation with other team members.
- Set up project’s workflows from the technical point of view
- Ensure timely delivery as per customer quality requirements.
- Propose technical solutions to effectively track quality, progress and efficiency of production.
- Keep track of project’s KPIs
- Communicate with customer, internal and external resources to organize and facilitate work.
- Provide technical analysis of requirements prior to project’s start.
- Provide training and technical guidance to team members.
To be successful you have:
- Experience in working in a fast pace environment and the ability to work in a multicultural global environment, with tight deadlines, multi-site teams and different projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project coordination and project experience in software testing, language technology, localization or other relevant domains.
- Ability to learn new technology and tools.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Excel, Google Sheet, macros.
- Scripting knowledge (Python or any other language) is a plus.
- Audio processing knowledge is an advantage
- Ability to keep projects on track while supporting project artifacts and communications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable qualities: multitasking, proactive, solution-oriented, eye for detail, good with numbers.
- Experience dealing with customers.
