Customer Support Specialist

Location: Currently Work from home with the initial training onsite in Cork. However, there are plans to return to the office.

Salary: €23,504 + Performance Bonus


Working Hours -  shifts across 2pm-2am across the full week

Four-day week shifts are: 2 pm to 12.30 am or 3.30 pm to 2 am (weekend work required )

(Weekends have shorter opening hours, 2 pm to 11 pm).

Five-day shifts are: 2 pm to 10.30 pm or 5.30 pm to 2 am. (weekend work required )

A day in the life of a Customer Support Specialist


As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be supporting North American iRobot Customers in an efficient and timely manner through phone calls, email and live chat contacts. 


You’ll take your customer service skills to the next level by supporting customers and walking them through the troubleshooting steps needed to diagnose issues and provide resolution.

You’ll gain satisfaction from quickly and efficiently resolving problems and sharing insights with each customer; we will rely on you to thrive on results and use your creativity and passion to deliver a first-class experience to the customers.

  • Fluent level of English
  • A friendly and communicative person with a strong customer focus
  • Self-driven and result-orientated
  • Comfortable working with computers and able to work with multiple systems, learn and adapt to new ones
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Resilience and adaptability

  • At least 1 year of customer support experience
