Description and Requirements
The Integration Specialist, Professional Services, works with TELUS International, QA, and professional services team members to achieve “strategic integrations” with third-party products. These third-party products may include CRM systems, AI platforms, Workforce Optimization platforms, and Digital Marketing Platforms.
We are looking for domain experts, who are familiar with best practices in contact center environments, and are familiar with development tools for achieving modern integrations and workflows.
Responsibilities
Do core research and discovery of target integration platforms – ascertaining scope of work and level of difficulty for achieving integration into the Thrio platform.
Prepare FRS (functional requirement specifications) for target integration projects.
Work with development and professional services team members in an agile development environment.
Assist with the writing of use cases and test cases
Core Development for integrations with CRM, WFO, AI, and Marketing platforms.
Requirements
5+ years of software development experience in the domain of telephony, omnichannel, contact center.
Competency in Java, JavaScript, Angular 12, Spring
Proven track record of integration between communications platforms
Familiarity with real time transaction environments
Understanding of security aspects of development
(PCI, HITRUST, HIPAA, GDPR)Team player, good communication skills and follow-up
