As a Partner technical solutions consultant with Italian and English, you will be a part of a great team and all together will:
  • Assist partners with general inquiries, product support, and troubleshooting via ticketing system and regular outbound calls
  • Deliver outstanding partner service
  • Achieve great customer experience and satisfaction
  • Identify and understand partner needs
  • Work as a trusted point of contact for partners
As a candidate, you do not need to have experience in a similar role but you should be fluent in Italian and English and able to demonstrate a high level of ownership, keen interest in technologies, and have excellent communication skills.
