Description and Requirements
Functional Responsibilities:
Facilitating design projects from concept through production and delivery and ensuring proper execution of schedules, proofs, approvals, file preparation, and job archiving
Creating, revising, and developing attractive and effective designs for communications and branding materials for media releases.
Conducting photo and video coverage for events and productions, and helping manage photo and video archives
Developing knowledge and keeping in touch with the latest design trends and techniques, products, and resources
Delivering high quality, on-brand, and scalable graphic solutions and ensuring consistent quality content is delivered based on agreed timelines.
Collaborating and liaising with the Corporate Communications team, internal and external partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to properly execute the necessary projects and campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Must be adept with Adobe Creative Suite, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and Affect Effects.
Good to excellent command of the MacOS ecosystem is a must.
Advanced Powerpoint and Google Slides skills,
Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping.
Other Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Must be willing to work onsite a mid-shift schedule.
