Description and Requirements

Technical Specialist supports Project Managers (PM) and Global Program Director (GPD) with their data analysis needs. Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide technical solutions to problems that arise in the project lifecycle. Collect and analyse information and create agreed scheduled reports and any necessary reports on request. Assist in developing and documenting the processes, tools and procedures.


  • Create and manage data collection systems and processes on projects
  • Perform ad hoc and scheduled data analysis and collate reports as assigned by the PMs or GPD
  • Ensure that all program tools are maintained.
  • Identify areas and implement improvements to the program tools
  • Propose and elaborate on new functionalities to be added to specifically-designed program tools
  • Create and test program tools' new and/or existing functionalities to ensure that those functionalities bring new efficiencies to processes
  • Organize and facilitate new and existing initiatives designed to improve quality and efficiency
  • Monitor all communication channels, internal and external, to ensure that all discussion topics and issues are dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Reports directly to the Technology Team Leader
  • Establishes organizational relationships with the Project Managers and Coordinators, Program Manager and Operations Manager on the account


  • Must have: minimum 2 years of working experience with ReactJS, Javascript, HTML and CSS
  • Work experience in software development, data analysis, data engineering or related technical field business is required
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline is desirable
  • Knowledge of object-oriented databases and Firebase products is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Python. Other programming languages will be considered as a plus
  • Ability to analyse new and changing scenarios and adapt the workflow to the new requirements
  • High level of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work independently, evaluating workloads and schedules with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills
  • Desirable qualities: Flexible, imaginative, positive thinking, multi-tasking, proactive and solution-oriented
  • Ability to work in a multicultural global environment
