Description and Requirements

  • Performs daily checklist for global PABX network monitoring and administration activities utilizing specific PABX management tools (i.e. Avaya PABX, CMS). Isolates and resolves voice related problems to maintain the smooth and trouble-free call center Operations of the Company.
  • Manages the configuration of global PBX equipment (i.e. Logins, phones, voicemails) Including trunk line routing via IDD/NDD calls for inbound/outbound access, that corresponds with company policy and law or regulations of the country.
  • Assesses the current status of the global PABX system and infrastructure of the Company to proactively anticipate future needs of Clients and / or the Company. Extends their expertise in PABX implementations in cases of Company / Call Center expansions.
