Responsibilities:
- Conducting training for new hires
- Create training based on identified areas of opportunity
- Leading up-skilling and refresh training
- Create content for training and update the Knowledge base
- Coach agents individually
- Provide reports on training and additional tasks
- 1+ years of previous experience in a similar role
- Fluent oral and written English
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows, and Internet applications
- Patience and a positive attitude
